Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.

   

Medical Insurance Coverage

Oral Appliances are covered by most major medical carriers, including Medicare. We are an approved Medicare DME Provider.

We offer Care Credit®, GreenSky®, and Lending Club® financing for those who wish to spread out their payments up to 84 months.

To ensure timely reimbursement we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
